How we Completed
We addressed this problem with braces, gently rotating the tooth into its proper alignment and closing the gap.
Once the tooth is properly rotated and the gap closed, we can complete the treatment with retainers to help maintain the new alignment and prevent shifting.
The Mission
Patient was dealing with a significant gap between his upper left lateral incisor (tooth 21) and the adjacent teeth, this misalignment can affect both the appearance and function of a smile. The space is likely caused by the tooth being rotated out of position, and it’s important to address it to prevent further dental issues.
Results after first adjustment
After the first adjustment of your braces, we’ve already started to see noticeable improvement in the alignment of the patient’s tooth. The pressure applied has begun to gently shift the rotated tooth into a more natural position, helping to close the gap and create a more even, balanced smile. With continued adjustments, the tooth will gradually move into its ideal alignment, bringing him closer to the results he’s looking for.
